When it comes to taking off my makeup at the end of the day I can be slightly lazy. Lazy being a understatement. I would often just use a make up wipe, or some micellar water, which usually leaves a residue on my skin, occasionally I may just forget to take off my makeup until the next morning.
A while ago my sister had a sample of the DHC cleansing oil which she gave to me, it was a very large sized sample. I loved it, it took seconds to take off my makeup! So when I saw that they started to do drugstore/highstreet versions which were easy to find and cheap to buy I had to pick it up.
Right now at Boots and Superdrug it is a third off at £5.33, usually it retails at £7.99. Although at feelunique.com its just £6.79.
The packaging is made out of plastic, and had a nice pump. The bottle is orange and holds 150ml of clear oil.
Its claim:
"The Miracle Cleansing Oil helps to re-balance the natural oil production, restoring optimum levels of hydration.
- Reveals smoother, healthy-looking and radiant skin.
- Instantly dissolves make-up, even waterproof
- Re-balances and purifies for healthy looking skin
- Lightweight and non-greasy
- Suitable for all skin types"
I use 2-3 pumps, not drops, for my face to remove all my face makeup and eyebrows. You could use this on your eyelids and it would remove both waterproof and non waterproof mascara but this does take longer and adds another minute or two to the process of removing your makeup. Also if the oil does get in your eye, although it is not painful you can feel it in your eye and it feel slightly gloopy, I would recommend just using a separate eye makeup remover before cleansing your face.
15 seconds? Not exactly, but it is quick from about 30 seconds to a minutes.
It doesn't make my skin more oily, it doesn't dry out my skin so I would agree it is for all skin types. It doesn't give me spots, but it doesn't reduce the amount of spots I get either.
This oil cleanser is definitely lightweight, not as thick as the DHC one, which I do like.
It doesn't make my skin look much more amazing and radiant but it does its job which is taking of my makeup off really quick, it does not leave any residue on my face and if I use a face wipe after using this it no makeup would appear on the face wipe.
Overall, this is an amazing dupe for the Shiseido, Mac and DHC cleansing oil for it's price. I would definitely recommend this and if you see it on offer in Boots or Superdrug for £5.33 you should pick it up and try it out.

UPDATE: I am pretty sure this is causing me to break out, I had a bad break out so I stopped using it for a month and recently started using it again and my face broke out, so I wouldn't recommend this to spot prone skin
